1. Make sure your hands and breasts are completely clean, dry, and free of any creams or oils.

2. Remove the anti-dust protective film and save it. Do not throw it away.

3. Place the nipple covers over the nipple area.

4. Get dressed and enjoy the comfort. Remove them from your skin and store them in the Nipskin case, but first, reapply the anti-dust protective film. Never stick one nipple cover to another; if you lose the protective film, you can replace it with kitchen plastic wrap or something similar.

5. If you need to clean them, use warm water and mild soap when necessary. Shake off excess water and let them air dry. Do not use towels or paper.

6. Once they are completely dry, store the covers in the Nipskin case, but first, reapply the anti-dust protective film.

How many times can they be reused?
The lifespan of the adhesive on your nipple covers depends on your skin's pH, your body temperature, and the care you give them! The adhesive can last for about 20 uses. Once the adhesive wears off, you can extend the use of your nipple covers by wearing them under fitted tops and bodysuits.

How do you wash them?
You don’t need to wash the nipple covers every time you wear them. To clean them, you only need warm water, and if that’s not enough, you can also use mild hand soap. Use circular motions with your fingers on the nipple cover to remove dirt. Finally, let them air dry, and once they are completely dry, reapply the protective plastic film.

What should I do if I lost the protective film that adheres to the nipple cover?
You can replace it with kitchen plastic wrap or something similar.

How do I know which size to choose?
The size of Nipskin nipple covers is designed to cover beyond the nipple. When the edge of the product reaches about the side of your breast, it allows the nipple cover to blend with your skin, making it imperceptible.

How do I know which tone is right for me?
First, look at the photos of Nipskin models to see which one you identify with best.
Second, identify your undertone, which can be cool (pink), warm (yellow/golden), or neutral (a combination of both). To identify your undertone: If your veins appear blue, you have a cool undertone. If your veins appear green, you have a warm undertone. If you can’t decide between blue and green, you likely have a neutral undertone.
Third, based on the above, choose the color that most closely resembles your skin tone in the bust area. Chantilly - Very light skin with a cool undertone, more pink. Vanilla - Light skin with a warm undertone, more yellow. Cappuccino - Light brown or tanned skin with a warm undertone. Chocolate - Dark brown skin with a neutral undertone.
Fourth, if you have doubts between one tone or another, choose the lighter one.
Fifth, if you are going to buy the cappuccino tone, don’t be alarmed by the color you see on the outside of the package when you receive it. As this is a medium tone, it looks darker due to the packaging type and because one cover is on top of another.
