1. Make sure your hands and breasts are completely clean, dry, and free of creams or oils.

2. Remove the anti-dust protective film and keep it. Do not throw it away.

3. Place the nipple covers over the nipple area.

4. Get dressed and enjoy their comfort. Remove them from your skin and store them in the Nipskin case, but be sure to reapply the anti-dust protector first. Never stick one nipple cover to another; if you lose the protector, you can replace it with kitchen cling film or a similar product.

5. If you need to clean them, do so with warm water and mild soap as necessary. Shake off excess water and let them air dry. Do not use towels or paper.

6. Once they are completely dry, store the covers in the Nipskin case, but make sure to reapply the anti-dust protector first.

How many times can nipple covers be reused? The lifespan of the adhesive on your nipple covers depends on your skin's pH, your body temperature, and the care you give them! The adhesive can last for approximately 20 uses. Once the adhesive wears off, you can extend the use of your nipple covers by wearing them under fitted tops and bodysuits. How do you wash the nipple covers? You don’t need to wash the nipple covers every time you wear them.
